Getting your hands on the third Seed of Light isn’t terribly difficult, provided you can access the Dreaming City and take part in the Blind Well.

It’s the first raid encounter, or some other yet to be announced method, according to Cosmo on twitter.
Forever trapped between wanting more subs, and wanting to get people the information as fast as possible. Do I make a clickbait title so people come watch, or do I put the information in the thumbnail? I obviously went with the latter, because it’s the right thing to do.
